uHoopla Solution for Legal Firms

Legal firms have the need to share multiple revisions of confidential documents with their clients. Many attorneys still use email to review documents with their clients, especially for advisory legal work, such as for business, estate planning, etc., albeit with a disclaimer claiming attorney-client confidentiality privilege at the bottom of the email, such as shown below.

[notice]This e-mail and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed. This communication may contain material protected by attorney-client privilege. If you are not the intended recipient ……[/notice]

Instead of insecure email, attorneys can use uHoopla to create a virtual secure channel and a WebFolder for each client, and grant each client access to his/her respective channel by specifying the client’s email address (gmail, hotmail, outlook.com email, etc.). Documents can be made available for client review for the intended period of time, without leaving copies on email servers.
